Damaged Package or Order Error
All issues must be addressed within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you notice an error with your order or receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all its contents then send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged product and our team will be happy to resolve this for you. We will issue a return label and pay for the cost of shipping if there was a mistake made on behalf of Eckstein Biokosmetik USA, Inc.
Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return any unwanted, unused items to us within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened. In order for us to accept the return, the items must be returned in original and sealed condition, and not used, relabeled, missing items etc. Please email us at sales@ecksteinusa.com to see if your item is eligible for a return. When returning your item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once items are received, your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Funds typically take between 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
Is there a product you want to try before purchasing? We want you to be completely satisfied with your products, that is why we include free samples in every order. Email us at sales@ecksteinusa.com with your Order Number, and let us know what additional products you would like to try.
