It actually helped with my many small pimples, but in return, I got a few larger pimples... The scent is good, and the consistency is rather thick and oily, which I find acceptable during the cold season.

I bought this on recommendation, and together with the night cream, I finally got my dry skin under control. The scent takes some getting used to, but you quickly adjust. I love the pump dispenser for getting the cream out.

Since I'm not a chemist, I can't really comment on it, but my wife likes it, whatever it's for.

I ordered the balm after not getting along well with the herbal series, and I am very satisfied. The balm is light but still very nourishing, absorbs quickly, and I haven’t had any issues with skin irritation. Dry patches are well moisturized, and hormonally triggered blemishes heal faster, especially in combination with the Azulen Paste. A clear recommendation!

Great face cream that I’ve been using for a long time. I ordered it from Amazon for a great price. However, the price is less appealing because the bottle wasn’t properly sealed, and almost half of the cream leaked into the packaging. The seller should seriously consider adding a safety seal for the dispenser.

So far, I am very satisfied with this balm. I have extremely sensitive skin and quickly get rashes, redness, and itching… But I’m really happy with this product. I first tried the Azulen Paste, which also impressed me. That’s why I ordered this balm. It provides moisture, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin—fewer small pimples.

I find the cream to be very rich and nourishing, though I don’t have dry skin. I like that it contains no fragrances and that the packaging is a glass bottle. Unfortunately, a musty smell develops on my skin shortly after application, which is why I only use the product at night. However, the moisturizing effect is very good. I will try other products from the manufacturer.

The Azulen Balm was the first product I purchased from Doctor Eckstein, and since then, I’ve repurchased it many times. This balm is part of my daily skincare routine, and I must admit, I also use it in the evening. It gives me such a wonderful, refreshing feeling on my face, and my skin (dry) tolerates it very well. It absorbs beautifully and has a subtle fragrance. I love Doctor Eckstein's products, as I now use other products from the brand in my daily routine. Huge praise to the manufacturers for creating products without animal testing and without using mineral and silicone oils

I'm absolutely thrilled with this product! It was initially just a trial—the reviews were good, and it contains no animal ingredients... so I decided to order it. At first, I thought it might be too rich when I applied it, but it absorbed immediately and left an incredibly pleasant feeling on my skin. After just one week, I already feel like I can see improvements in my skin—more even and plump... hard to describe 😄. In any case, I’m sticking with it and will definitely order again ☺️!

I ordered the Azulen series product for the first time. So far, I like the texture, the scent, and how it feels on the skin. I usually use a different series from the product range. I always appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle with a pump dispenser. For me, it’s very hygienic and easy to portion. The scent is more like a herbal mix, which doesn’t bother me. I find it pleasant when it doesn’t smell too artificial or chemical. It absorbs well and might become another favorite of mine.

I have the entire series except for the toner. This review applies to both the facial and eye balms. Both products have a subtle, fresh scent and include perfume and limonene, though I’m not 100% sure—those ingredients are probably listed towards the bottom. Most of the ingredients are plant-based or nature-identical, and there’s no dimethicone. Neither the eye cream nor the facial balm causes any burning for me. The eye cream is even compatible with extended-wear contact lenses. The facial balm is quite rich, but for extremely dry skin, it might still not be enough.

Depending on the weather, I follow a modified Korean skincare routine. Either: cleansing oil or milk, then alcohol-free toner/essence, serum, facial balm, and sunscreen. Or: cleansing oil, toner, serum, facial balm, facial cream, and sunscreen. Both routines work wonderfully for me. All of my non-Eckstein products are quite similar to those in the Azulen series and are formulated for dry/sensitive skin, so they complement each other well.

I can’t say how this would work for people with other skin types, but I would also recommend it to those with normal or dehydrated skin.

I love this product line! My skin feels so nice and it's far more affordable than many other product lines.

I've been using Dr. Eckstein products for a few years now, but I had avoided the Azulen Balm until recently because I thought it would be too rich for my combination skin and make my face shiny and greasy. But on the contrary, the cream is just perfect.

I've been using Dr. Eckstein's products since 2013. For my daily routine, I use the Lavolind Cleanser, the Hamamelis Toner, and the Azulen Balm. Over time, I've tried other products for my blemished, dry skin, but I always come back to Dr. Eckstein’s products.

I haven't found anything comparable that my skin tolerates so well and that is also effective. The prices are a bit higher, but I can make the Azulen Balm (50ml) and Lavolind (250ml) last for a good 3 months, so I find the price-performance ratio more than fair.

Additionally, I use the Azulen Paste to quickly combat "acute" pimples. I dab the pimples with the paste before bed so it can work overnight. The smell takes some getting used to, and I use a towel on my pillow to avoid staining, but the effect is unbeatable. My teenage kids now use the paste for their pimples as well, and they love it.

I can fully recommend this skincare. However, no one should expect an overnight improvement. If you stick with it, you'll notice improvement in a short time.

I won’t use anything else anymore, and I won’t experiment with other products.

I already knew this cream, which I used to buy years ago from my beautician at a much higher price. The cream has a great fragrance and absorbs easily, leaving the skin well-hydrated and not greasy. After just one day of use, the skin appears brighter and smoother. Recommended for those who need to nourish their skin and make it more even.

Smells like a stinky, perfumed bar of soap.

This balm is easy to apply, economical, and suitable even for skin prone to impurities. The balm is really great. The scent is pleasant. Application is a bit thick, and at first, it feels like the skin gets greasy, but after a minute, the balm is absorbed, and the skin feels and looks good. I don’t have very nice skin, as I have scars and uneven areas, but even I feel comfortable using this balm.
